Sebastian Thrun

Birth: May 14, 1967
Academic Achievements: He attended University of Bonn and Hildesheim. He was a professor at Carnegie Mellon and Stanford. He got elected in to the National Academy of Engineering and German Academy of Sciences. He also cofounded Udacity and has published over 380 scientific papers and 11 books.
Contributions to CS: He is the CEO of Kitty Hawk. He is the founder of Google X. He helped develop self-driving cars and even developed Stanley, an autonomous car.

Kathleen Booth

Birth: July 9, 1922
Academic Achievements: She attended University of London. She was an research assistant at Birkbeck College and founded a school of Computer Science and Information System at Birkberk.
Contributions to CS: She worked in a research group which invented the ARC, SEC, and APE(X)C. These were differnet computer systems that Kathleen and her future husband's research group invented.

Timothy Bernes Lee

Birth: June 8, 1955
Academic Achievements: He attended University of Oxford. He's recieved muultiple awards including the First Queen's Prize for Engineering, Finland Miliennium, and AM Turing award.
Contributions to CS: He created the World Wide Web and is the director of the Web Science Trust. He invented a program known as Enquire and thr World Wide Web Consortium.
